Product Warranty, Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Sugarhome, we are committed to providing quality furniture and a reliable shopping experience. All products are covered under a limited warranty according to the product category and terms stated below.

Product Warranty

  • Warranty period varies by product category and begins from the date of delivery.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural issues only.

  • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser and original delivery address only.

  • Products moved or relocated from the original delivery address will not be covered under warranty.

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours after delivery with supporting photos/videos for assessment.

  • Repair or replacement will be provided at Sugarhome’s discretion based on the assessment.

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use

  • Scratches, stains, dents, colour fading, or cosmetic damages

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, moisture, sunlight exposure, or third-party modification

  • Natural changes in sofa cushions and foam firmness due to regular usage

Upholstery & Fabric

Fabric items such as sofas and dining chairs are not covered for:

  • Tearing, pilling, or fabric stretching

  • Fading due to sunlight exposure

  • Stains caused by spills, dirt, or improper cleaning

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

  • All confirmed purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Custom-made and made-to-order items (including sofas, bed frames, divans, and dining seats) cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.

  • Pre-order deposits are non-refundable.

  • Clearance and display units are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Refunds may only be considered for verified manufacturing defects reported upon delivery or before use or stock unavailability.  Any issues arising after usage will be handled under the product warranty terms.
