Manufacturer’s Warranty

At Sugarhome, we take pride in the quality of our furniture. To ensure your satisfaction, our products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty under the following terms:

  • Warranty coverage is tied to the original delivery address. The warranty will be void if the product is moved or relocated from the address where it was originally delivered.
  • Warranty begins immediately on the day of delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours to be considered for free service. After this period, all claims will be treated as warranty cases.
  • The warranty only covers structural and manufacturing defects. This includes internal frame issues or construction faults. Cosmetic damages such as scratches, chips, discoloration, or wear and tear from daily use are not covered.
  • Repairs or replacements are provided at the discretion of Sugarhome’s management, based on the nature and severity of the issue.
  • If an onsite inspection or repair is required, additional service or transportation fees may apply.

Sofa Cushions

Foam and cushion cores will naturally soften over time and may take the shape of the user. This is considered normal usage and not a defect.

Upholstered Fabric

Fabric coverings (sofas and dining chairs) are not covered for:
- Tearing, pilling, flattening of nap
- Fading, shrinking, or fabric stretch
- Stains from soiling, misuse, or exposure to sunlight and moisture.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Custom-made items (e.g. sofas, bed frames, divans, and dining seats made to order) are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is confirmed. However, product exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:
    • Verified manufacturing defects that significantly affect product function
    • Stock unavailability
    • Overcharged or incorrect delivery fees
  • Pre-order items are considered final. All deposits made are non-refundable.
  • Clearance or display units are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
